1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the My Floral Circle website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. My Floral Circle is a UK-based business selling handmade silk flower bouquets.

2. Products

• All bouquets are handmade to order using premium silk and artificial flowers. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour and arrangement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• We reserve the right to substitute individual flower varieties with those of similar colour and quality where necessary, without notice.
• Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. We cannot guarantee exact colour matches to photographs.

3. Ordering

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing the order if a price changes.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• In the event of a failed or disputed payment, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your order until payment is resolved.

5. Production & Delivery

• Each bouquet is handcrafted after you place your order. Production takes approximately 5–10 working days.
• Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of any issue.
• Free UK delivery is applied automatically on orders. Delivery charges for other orders are displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellations & Returns

• As all products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
• We will offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order. Please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the intellectual property of My Floral Circle and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Floral Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
