Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction means everything to us. Please read our returns policy carefully — as all bouquets are handmade to order, some exceptions apply.

Can I Return My Bouquet?

Because every bouquet is handcrafted to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude made-to-order and personalised goods from the standard 14-day return right.

However, we will always do our best to make things right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue.

Damaged in Transit

If your bouquet arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will cover return postage and send the correct item as a priority.

Significant Defect

If your bouquet has a manufacturing defect that significantly differs from your order, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us with photos within 48 hours.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
  3. We will respond within 1–2 working days with next steps.
  4. If a return is agreed, we will provide a prepaid returns label where applicable.
  5. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

Order Cancellations

As production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to cancel or refund orders as materials will already have been allocated to your bouquet.
